Flag mount orders shipped via UPS (Any) are not able to be shipped to a P.O. Box
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
Most orders placed before 11AM CST will ship out same day.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
No discounts will be retroactively applied once your order ships.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Delayed Deliveries Caused by Events in Our Control:
Some orders may be delayed due to an error in inventory counts, supply chain constraints, packaging and fulfillment issues, among many other possibilities. If an order will be delayed by something in our control (ie. the list above) we will try our best to notify the customer in a timely fashion of the delay. At that point the customer will either declare that they still want the order or to cancel. We will comply with whichever they request and we feel the situation is satisfactorily remedied.
Delayed Deliveries Caused by Events Out of Our Control:
Delayed deliveries caused by events outside or beyond of our control can be due to bad weather, peak-time deliveries, shipping carrier mistakes, attempted but unsuccessful deliveries, lost or stolen packages, etc. We do not offer refunds, either in part or in full, for any shipping issues deemed out of our control. We will do our best to ship each order in a timely fashion but we are not responsible for any shipping issues once it leaves our facility.
